South Lake Tahoe sits at 6,237 feet on the south shore — the Heavenly Mountain Gondola climbs from the Heavenly Village in the city center to a 9,156-foot Carson Range Observation Deck, Stateline's casino resorts (Hard Rock, Harrah's, Harveys, Bally's Lake Tahoe, Edgewood Tahoe) line the Nevada side of the boulevard, and the Tahoe Keys is a 750-home private-dock lagoon community on the lake's south end. Sierra-at-Tahoe is twelve miles south on Highway 50, Kirkwood thirty-five miles south on Highway 88, and Emerald Bay State Park's Vikingsholm castle five miles west on Highway 89.

Our rentals run from Heavenly Village condos walking distance from the gondola, to Tahoe Keys lagoon-frontage homes with private boat docks, Pioneer Trail townhomes near the Sierra-at-Tahoe shuttle stop, and Al Tahoe and Bijou Park cabins close to El Dorado Beach. Most condos sleep 4–8 in 2–3 bedroom units; private Tahoe Keys homes sleep 8–12 with private piers for multi-family weeks.
