Hurricane sits at 3,250 feet in Washington County — twenty miles south of Zion National Park's South Entrance, five miles north of Sand Hollow State Park's 1,300-acre reservoir, and the staging point for Sand Mountain's 6,000-acre dune complex. State Route 9 connects the town to Springdale and the park; State Route 59 cuts southeast toward the Arizona Strip and the Grand Canyon North Rim. St. George Regional Airport is 20 miles west; Las Vegas Harry Reid is 2 hours and 10 minutes south on I-15.

Our Hurricane rentals cluster across four communities. Sand Hollow Resort sits on the reservoir's south shore — golf-course homes around the John Fought course with private docks and ATV staging. Dixie Springs is the family-rental neighborhood north of the reservoir — splash pads, pickleball, and 7-minute drives to the Sand Hollow entrance. Coral Cliffs Estates and Coral Springs Resort hold the larger pool-and-hot-tub homes inside town. The Sand Hollow Coral Canyon corridor extends into Washington City — most rentals include private pools and hot tubs because the desert summer demands it.
