Harrah's Casino
This casino is great to go to if you enjoy gambling. Some of the casino games that they have include Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette. In addition to a casino, they also have many restaurants, shows, and hotel rooms. Some of these restaurants include Forest Buffet, Asian Grill Express, and Fatburger. A lot of the shows that they have are concerts.
South Tahoe Ice Arena
This ice arena is open year round. It is the size of the ones that they use in the NHL. In addition to an ice rink, it has 4 locker rooms, a snack bar, retail store, arcade, and two private party rooms. They offer open skate every day to the public. They also offer programs that involve figure skating and ice hockey.
Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort
Heavenly Ski Resort is a great place to ski. The mountain is over 10,000 feet tall. It has many runs for intermediate skiers. It has 30 chair lifts. Some of the runs are long.
Kirkwood Mountain Resort
This ski resort has really great skiing. The summit of the mountain is 9, 876 feet. It is a most appropriate for intermediate to advanced skiers. In addition to skiing, it also has some hiking and biking trails that are not available in the winter. They offer bikes to rent.
Sunridge Golf Club
This golf club has a golf course that is appropriate for any golfer at any level. It is surrounded by many mountains. In addition to a golf course, it also has a bar and grill and pro shop. You can even have your wedding there. You must be a member in order to play here.
Incline Village Golf Courses
There are two golf courses in Incline Village. Championship Course and Mountain Course are the names of them. The Championship Course has tightly cut fairways, bordered by towering pines. Many of the holes on the Mountain Course offer spectacular views of Lake Tahoe. In addition to golf courses, there is also some snack bars, snack carts, and golf shops at the golf courses.
Kings Beach
This beach is great to go to if you like to do a lot of recreational activities. Some of the recreational activities that are offered at this beach include parasailing, wakeboarding, and tubing. It is also a great one to go to if you like shopping. There are restaurants located near the beach. This is a great beach for the whole family.
Truckee River Rafting
River rafting on the Truckee River is a lot of fun. It is also a very popular summer activity. It is a great activity for the whole family. The trip is 5 miles. It takes between 2-3 hours to complete it.
Northstar Ski Resort
This ski resort offers fantastic skiing. It has 97 trails. It is a great place for intermediate skiers. The summit is 8,610 feet. Northstar's longest run is 1.4 miles.
