California Science Museum
This science museum has many exhibits. Each of them are divided into different categories. these categories are Special Exhibits, Ecosystems, Creative World, World of Life, Air and Space Exhibits, Science Court, and Science Plaza. The exhibits in the Special Exhibits category are ones that travel. They have an IMAX theatre.
Dodger Stadium
This stadium is where the Los Angeles Dodgers play their home games. You can take a tour of it. You can also buy merchandise. Some of the merchandise items that you can buy include hats and shirts. There are many concession stands there.
Los Angeles Zoo
This zoo has many animals. Some of the animals include chimpanzees, elephants, and komodo dragons. They also have shows and activities. One of the shows that they have involves birds. Some of the activities that they have include an Indian Rhino Encounter Tour and Elephant Training Demonstration.
Staples Center
This place is home to many of Los Angeles' major sport teams. It is a great place for kids and adults. These teams are the Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Los Angeles kings. In addition to having major sport teams play their they also have concerts and the X Games. Six Flags Magic Mountain
This place is great if you love roller coasters. This amusement park has over 15 roller coasters. In addition to roller coasters, it has water rides and rides for little kids. They have many places where you can get food. They also have places where you can buy stuff.
Universal Studios Hollywood
This place is great for the whole family. It has rides, shows, and places where you can eat. Some of the rides that they have include a roller coaster that is related to The Mummy movies, a Simpsons Movie Ride, and a water ride that relates to Jurassic Park. Some of the shows that it has includes Water World and Universal's Animal Actors. Some of the places where you can eat include Louie's Pizza and Pasta, Hollywood Cantina, and Panda Express.
The Living Desert
This place has many exhibits and gardens. Some of the exhibits that they have include a jaguar, coyote, and one where they have Mohave Desert tortoise. Some of the gardens that they have include a Chihuahuan Garden, Baja Oasis Garden, and Barrel Cactus Garden. They also have a few places that sell food. They have a reptile show.
