Kalapaki Beach
This beach is great for the whole family. There are many things that you can do here. Some of these things include swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding. It is a great beach to have lunch. You can also learn how to surf here.
Fuji Beach
This beach is great for the whole family. Kite surfing and diving are some of the activities that you can do. It's a great spot to have lunch. There are picnic tables and a few areas where their is shade. It is best to come here when it is a light trade wind day.
Ulua Beach
This beach is located in front of the Wailea Elua Village condos. It is great for the whole family. It has great snorkeling and fantastic beginner to intermediate snorkeling. It is a little crowded. Parking sometimes fills up early.
Helicopter Tours
Helicopters are very popular in Hawaii. There a couple different ones where you see the natural sights of Maui. Some of these tours involve the West Maui mountains or Hana/Haleakala. On the West Maui mountains tour, you will see waterfalls, the Iao Valley, and tropical rainforest. On the Haleakala/Hana tour, you will see the Haleakala Crater, the Hana Rainforest Preserve, and waterfalls.
Maui Zipline Company
This place has 5 zip lines. The lengths of these zip lines range from 300 to 900 feet. You will zip over lush landscape and swinging palm trees. This place is great for people who are 5 years of age and older. It takes about 2 to 2.5 hours to complete the tour.
Makena Beach & Golf Resort
This place has one golf course. It also has many other facilities. Some of these facilities includes six tennis courts and a spa center. There are restaurants there. Some of these restaurants include a Pool Bar & Grille and Molokini Bar & Grille.
Elleair Golf Club
This golf club has one golf course. It is suitable for anyone to play there. You can get golf lessons there. It also has a pro shop, practice facilities, and a restaurant. You will also have great views of the things that surround it. Some of these things include Mt. Haleakala, Molokini Crater, and the West Maui mountains.
Molokini Crater
This is a volcanic atoll. It is one of the best places in Maui to go snorkeling. One of these reasons is because the water there is very clear. There are many animals that you will see there. Some of them include eels, bluefin trevally, and parrot fish.
Maui Arts and Cultural Center
This place opened in 1994. It has three theatres. It has shows and an exhibit that frequently changes. All of them are world-class. Some of these shows are a theater performance, dance performance, or Hawaiian music performance.
Wailea Golf Resort
This golf resort has three golf courses. These are the Old Blue Course, Emerald Course, and Golf Course. They also have tennis courts. They have three restaurants. These restaurants are Gannon's - A Pacific View Restaurant and The Red Bar, Mulligan's On The Blue Restaurant, and Joe's in Wailea.
