Solana Beach runs 1.7 miles of San Diego County coast on the bluffs above the Pacific between Del Mar and Cardiff-by-the-Sea — Fletcher Cove Park's stair-and-ramp public access, Tide Beach Park's tide pools at low tide, the Pillbox Park pocket cove tucked under the bluff at 13th Street, and a continuous 1-mile coastal walking path along the bluff edge from Tide Beach to Cardiff. Our rentals concentrate around the Cedros Avenue corridor and the Seascape Sur condo complex on the bluff at the foot of S Sierra Avenue — beachfront condos with stair access, mid-century townhouses on Cedros walkable to the design district, and a smaller set of Lomas Santa Fe upper-bluff homes with Pacific views.
