Santa Rosa Beach is the unincorporated Walton County footprint that holds most of the western 30A scenic corridor — Dune Allen Beach at the far west, Blue Mountain Beach (a tongue-in-cheek named at the highest point on the Florida coast — 64 feet), Gulf Place's small open-air shopping square, Grayton Beach State Park's Western Lake breach point, the WaterColor neighborhood south of 30A and WaterSound across Highway 395, and Old Florida Beach's pine-shaded cottage cluster. The 30A scenic-corridor bike trail runs the length east to Inlet Beach (24 miles end-to-end), under live oaks for most of the way.

Our rentals run from Gulf-front cottages on Blue Mountain Beach Road, to WaterColor and WaterSound resort homes with shared resort pools, the Adagio, Beachside Villas, and Sanctuary by the Sea Gulf-front condos along 30A, Old Florida Beach two-and three-bedroom cottages a block from the dune, and small Dune Allen Beach cottages for couples doing a quiet bike-trail week. Northwest Florida Beaches International (ECP) is 45 minutes east; VPS Destin–Fort Walton Beach is 30 minutes west; Pensacola International (PNS) is 90 minutes west.
