Miramar Beach runs the Walton County stretch of US-98 between Destin and the 30A scenic corridor — Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's gated 2,400 acres anchor the middle, with Baytowne Wharf's open-air shopping-and-events village on Choctawhatchee Bay, four signature golf courses (Raven, Burnt Pine, Baytowne, The Links), the Hilton Sandestin's Serenity by the Sea Spa, a 113-slip marina, and a private Gulf beach. Big Kahuna's Water Park sits at the western edge by Big Kahuna's Boulevard; Silver Sands Premium Outlets' 110-store outdoor center runs the Highway 98 strip.

Our rentals run from Gulf-front Westwinds and Beachside condos inside the Sandestin gates, to Baytowne Wharf-village townhomes, beach-block Maravilla and Tops'l condos, oversized Sterling Shores beachfront units, and quieter Maravilla family condos with shared lazy rivers and tennis. The VPS Destin–Fort Walton Beach airport is 25 minutes north over the Mid-Bay Bridge; the 30A communities of Inlet Beach, Rosemary, Alys, Watercolor, and Seaside start a five-minute drive east.
