An incorporated mountain town on Lake Tahoe's Nevada north shore at 6,300 feet — Diamond Peak Ski Resort owned by the residents through IVGID, the Robert Trent Jones-designed Mountain Course and the par-72 Championship Course on the same district pass, the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe lakefront, the Flume Trail mountain-bike route from Tunnel Creek, and Sand Harbor State Park's granite-boulder swim cove five miles south.
Incline Village sits on the Nevada north shore of Lake Tahoe at 6,300 feet — an incorporated Washoe County town wrapped around the foot of Diamond Peak (8,540 feet) and the Mt. Rose Wilderness ridge. Mt. Rose Highway 431 climbs east to a 9,000-foot summit and drops into Reno; Highway 28 traces the lake south to Sand Harbor and Spooner Lake; the Crystal Bay state line two miles north holds the historic Cal Neva Resort (Frank Sinatra's old casino, now closed for restoration) and the Tahoe Biltmore. The IVGID General Improvement District owns and runs Diamond Peak, the Mountain Course (Robert Trent Jones Sr.) and Championship Course, the Recreation Center on Northwood, the Tennis Center, and the two private resident-and-passholder beaches at Burnt Cedar and Incline.
Our Incline Village rentals run from upscale-village single-family homes (IVH-coded, sleeping 6–10 with hot tubs, on the dense residential grid between Country Club Drive and the Diamond Peak base), to the Northstar California crossover units across the lake at the Big Springs Lodge complex, to ski-in/ski-out condos along the Diamond Peak corridor at the Aspen Grove and Northstar Village. Most rentals are pet-friendly; meaningful Crystal Bay penthouse stock supplements the village inventory at the lakefront tier.
