A 406-acre Colorado mountain-resort base on the south edge of Granby town — 41 ski runs across a 1,406-foot vertical, lift-served downhill mountain biking from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, the 18-hole Headwaters Golf Course, and the Ranch House clubhouse pool-and-hot-tub. The only Colorado base resort that runs ski-in/ski-out from a working town — no resort-village parking, no shuttle, twenty steps from condo to chairlift.
Granby Ranch sits on the south edge of Granby town in Grand County at 8,202 feet — 406 skiable acres across 41 runs on a 1,406-foot vertical, served by the Quick Draw and Conquest Express chairlifts climbing from a working town instead of a resort village. The Base Camp condos and Ridgeview townhomes sit twenty steps from the chair; the Ranch House clubhouse runs a shared heated pool, three hot tubs, and the slope-side Slopeside Cafe lunch deck. Day passes around $89 — the cheapest big-mountain Colorado lift ticket, and the easiest learn-to-ski terrain in any Colorado base resort.
Summer turns the resort into a 250-mile lift-served downhill mountain-bike park (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day) and the 18-hole Headwaters Golf Course on the Fraser River bench (mid-May through mid-October). Winter Park Resort is twenty minutes south on US-40 over Berthoud Pass for a Mary-Jane bumps-and-bowls day; Rocky Mountain National Park's Grand Lake western entrance is fifteen minutes east on US-34 for a Trail Ridge Road afternoon. Our Granby Ranch rentals concentrate in two complexes: the Base Camp slope-side condos at the chairlift base (1- to 3-bedroom), and the Ridgeview ski-in/ski-out townhomes on the resort hillside (3-bedroom).
