Snowmass Village is an 8,104-foot resort town 12 miles west of Aspen — incorporated in 1977, but the ski area opened in 1967 as the second of the four mountains in the Aspen Skiing Company portfolio (Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass). It is the largest of the four with 3,362 skiable acres, a 4,406-foot lift-served vertical drop that held the U.S. record for 40 years, and 21 lifts climbing across Sam's Knob, Big Burn, the Cirque headwall at 12,510 feet, and the high-alpine Hanging Valley Wall. The Snowmass Mall holds the original 1967 village core; Base Village around the Elk Camp Gondola is the 2009 Related Companies development with the Limelight Hotel, the Viceroy, and the new condo product.

Our rentals run from luxury slope-side condos at the Crestwood, Top of the Village, and Woodbridge complexes, to ski-in/ski-out townhomes off the Wood Run Lift, to the larger six-bedroom Wood Run homes for multigenerational reunions, to the Stonebridge condo product on Wood Road. Most properties are within walking distance of either the Snowmass Mall or Base Village; the bigger Wood Run homes trade walkability for direct ski-in/ski-out trail access.
