Welcome to PhoenixThe Sonoran-Desert metropolis at the foot of Camelback Mountain, the Desert Botanical Garden in Papago Park, the Heritage Square historic district downtown, and the Toscana at Desert Ridge condo cluster on the city's north side.
Phoenix is the largest city in the American Southwest and the unmistakable capital of the Sonoran Desert — saguaro cacti grow at the city limits, Camelback Mountain's 1,300-foot ridge rises straight out of the Arcadia neighborhood, and the average October-through-April afternoon hits 70–85°F with single-digit humidity. The Heritage Square historic district downtown holds the 1895 Rosson House and Pizzeria Bianco's original wood-fired room; the Desert Botanical Garden in Papago Park east of downtown showcases 50,000 desert plants on 140 acres; and the Roosevelt Row arts district runs north from downtown with monthly First Friday gallery walks. Sky Harbor International (PHX) is one of the largest hubs in the West, eight minutes from downtown — most weekly visitors fly in, rent a car, and base out of one of three neighborhood clusters.
Our Phoenix rentals concentrate at the gated Toscana at Desert Ridge community on the city's north side — beautifully decorated two-bedroom condos with three heated community pools, two fitness centers, on-site concierge, and direct access to Desert Ridge Marketplace's shopping and the JW Marriott Desert Ridge resort across the street. The 101 freeway runs along Toscana's eastern edge, putting downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor, Old Town Scottsdale, and the South Mountain trailheads inside 20–25 minutes. A handful of additional listings extend west to the Arcadia neighborhood at the foot of Camelback and south to the Tempe-ASU campus area.
The collectionhand-picked for Phoenix.
