A sugar-white quartz-sand barrier on Alabama's Pleasure Island between Perdido Pass and the Florida line — the Phoenix high-rise condo row on Perdido Beach Boulevard, the Wharf entertainment district on the Intracoastal Waterway, the 6,150-acre Gulf State Park to the west, and the Flora-Bama lounge straddling the state line at the eastern tip.
Orange Beach occupies the eastern half of Alabama's Pleasure Island — a barrier between the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway, bounded by Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf State Park line to the west. The Phoenix high-rise condo row stretches eight miles along Perdido Beach Boulevard, the Wharf entertainment district sits on the Intracoastal at the Foley Beach Express, and Perdido Key picks up the state line at Flora-Bama. The sand is some of the whitest on the Gulf — 99% quartz silica washed down from the Appalachians.
Our rentals run from Phoenix-tower beachfront condos with private balconies and shared pools, to single-family Gulf-front cottages on Bear Point, Wharf-area townhomes a few blocks from the OWA amusement park and Foley outlets, and Ono Island gated estates on the back bays. Most beachfront condos sleep 6–10 in 2–3 bedroom units; private homes on Perdido Pass and Bear Point sleep 12–18 for multi-family weeks.
