Welcome to KillingtonSix interconnected peaks, 1,509 acres on Killington and Pico, and the longest ski season east of the Rockies — Killington usually opens in October and closes in late May or June.

Killington sits in central Vermont on the Coolidge State Forest spine, three hours north of New York City and two and a half north of Boston. The resort spans six interconnected peaks — Killington Peak (4,241 ft), Skye Peak, Bear Mountain, Snowdon, Ramshead, and Sunrise — with the K-1 Express gondola climbing from Killington Base, the Skyeship Stage I and II combination running from Route 4 up to Skyeship Station, and the Superstar trail anchoring the longest ski season in the East. The 4.5-mile-long Killington Road is the artery: lifts at the top, lodging and après in the middle, the Outpost Pub and Long Trail Brewing's distribution warehouse near the bottom.

Our rentals stretch the length of Killington Road and out to sister Pico Mountain. Mountain Green and Pico Village trailside condos sit at lift-served bases; the Whiffletree, Sunrise Mountain Village, and Highridge complexes spread across the mid-mountain neighborhoods; private 4–8 bedroom slopeside homes near Bear Mountain and the Sunrise base sleep groups of 12–18. Most rentals include shared hot tubs, ski-storage rooms, and shuttle access to the K-1 base.
