An Eagle County village at 7,228 feet on the Eagle River — Arrowhead Village's chairlift connects directly into Beaver Creek's 2,082-acre ski terrain, the Cordillera community runs the Tom Fazio and Hale Irwin signature golf courses on the hillside above town, and Vail Village is twenty minutes east on I-70 over Vail Pass. The Riverwalk at Edwards is the walkable Eagle River downtown anchor with the bookstore, the brewery, and the year-round Edwards Saturday Market.
Edwards sits in the Eagle River corridor at 7,228 feet, ten minutes west of the Beaver Creek base on US-6 and twenty minutes west of Vail Village on I-70 — the Vail Valley's quiet luxury bench between the two ski resorts. Arrowhead Village (the western base of Beaver Creek's terrain) sits two minutes from town and runs a private chairlift that connects into Beaver Creek's 2,082 skiable acres on the Epic Pass. The Cordillera community climbs the south hillside above the Eagle River with three signature courses — Tom Fazio's Summit, Hale Irwin's Mountain, and Jack Nicklaus' Valley — plus a Dave Pelz short course. The Riverwalk at Edwards anchors the walkable downtown with The Bookworm of Edwards (the valley's beloved independent bookstore-and-cafe), the Gore Range Brewery, and the Edwards Saturday Market on the Eagle River front from June through September.
Our rentals run from the slope-side condos at Aspenwood Lodge and Settlers Lodge with private hot tubs and ski-lift access, to the Arrowhead Village townhomes a five-minute walk to the chairlift, to the River Pines and Homestead condos along the Eagle River, to the Cordillera-side luxury homes and Freemont condos with the Gore Range panoramic views. Most properties run roughly 30–45% under Vail Village base condos for the same layout, and the chairlift-into-Beaver-Creek and Cordillera-golf-course access are the pitches that Vail-base condos can't match.
