A Summit County town on the north shore of the 3,233-acre Dillon Reservoir at 9,017 feet — Keystone is twelve minutes east on US-6, Breckenridge fifteen minutes south on Highway 9, and Copper Mountain fifteen minutes west on I-70. The Dillon Marina runs the highest-altitude sailing fleet in North America, the Dillon Amphitheater hosts free Friday-night summer concerts on the water, and the Lakedale and Tenderfoot ridgelines step up the hillside above town with the lake views the rentals are sold on.
Dillon sits at the I-70 / US-6 / Highway 9 junction on the north shore of the Dillon Reservoir — a 3,233-acre lake at 9,017 feet that supplies most of Denver's drinking water and runs the only full-service sailing marina above 9,000 feet in North America. From the Dillon town center it's twelve minutes east on US-6 to the Keystone gondola, fourteen minutes east on the same road to Arapahoe Basin's Beach lot, fifteen minutes south on Highway 9 to Breckenridge's Main Street, and fifteen minutes west on I-70 to the Copper Mountain Center Village. The town itself runs from the lakeside Dillon Marina and Dillon Amphitheater up the Tenderfoot, Soda Ridge, and Lakedale hillsides, with the trail-and-bike Dillon Reservoir Loop circling 18 miles around the water through Frisco and back.
Our Dillon rentals run from the lake-view River Run Village condos at Lake Cliffe and Lookout Ridge, to the Tenderfoot ridgeline homes a mile above Main Street with private hot tubs and full Tenmile Range panoramas, to the Marina Place and Yacht Club condos walking distance from the boat slips, to the larger Lone Eagle and River Run Village ski-in/ski-out units that share the Keystone shuttle. Most properties run roughly 20–35% under Keystone-base condo rates for the same layout, and the lakeside-and-four-resort access is the pitch Keystone village rentals can't make.
