An email confirmation, including a summary of your rental and ticket information, savings and pricing, will be sent to you within 2 business days.
Your purchase will be charged to your credit card on file 60 days prior to your first night of stay. Please reply to your confirmation email or email [email protected] if you would like us to use a different credit card than the one you used for your RedAwning vacation rental. If your stay is already within 60 days, we will charge your purchase shortly.
Ski and snowboard renters will be will be contacted by our partner Ski Butlers for additional skier information (e.g. height, weight and skill level) and to arrange a delivery time that works for you.
