The leather sofas are waiting for you to sit in and watch a little TV. The dining room table can sit up to 8 with additional seating for 4 at the counter. Just outside is the back patio, which has another table for 6 and a great built-in grill for other options for cooking. The kitchen is so light and beautiful and freshly remodeled with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. The master bedroom is large and has a king-size bed, armchair, TV, and a walkout to the patio. The large master bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large tub for soaking! Enjoy the use of the washer and dryer too! In the garage, you will find a ping pong table for extra family fun!
Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms. Each is so beautiful and each has 2 queen beds and TVs. There is also a master suite that has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking bath. It also has a sweet covered patio with chairs to set out and enjoy the beautiful skies day or night! There is another full bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Tons of room for your family to love and create long-lasting memories.
Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure!
