Located just steps from the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift and only a block and a half from Main Street, this first-floor unit offers unbeatable access to both the mountain and downtown Breckenridge. Whether you're visiting for winter ski days or summer hiking and festivals, everything is within easy reach.
Inside, this one-bedroom condo offers a warm, cabin-inspired atmosphere designed for comfort and convenience. After a day outdoors, unwind in one of the property’s outdoor hot tubs, take a dip in the heated outdoor pool, or relax in the sauna. The private balcony provides a quiet spot to enjoy fresh mountain air, and the open living space creates a cozy setting for relaxing evenings.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to the balcony. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. With approximately 600 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers.

Main Street is just a short walk away for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The free town and ski shuttle also stops at the property for convenient transportation throughout Breckenridge.
Guest Experience: Your stay will be seamless and comfortable. The condo is prepared with a starter supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and dish soap. You’ll also enjoy plush towels, premium bed linens, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware and dining essentials for easy meal preparation.
Parking: One covered parking space is included. Please follow all posted signs and Breckenridge parking regulations, as enforcement can be strict. Additional overnight parking may be available at the Stephen West Ice Arena or Airport Road Satellite Lot.
Winter Travel Advisory: From fall through spring, snowy and icy conditions are common in Breckenridge. Four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles are strongly recommended for safe travel. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly equipped for winter conditions.
Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent a property, and must reside in property for duration of reservation.
1. Respect for Neighbors
Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Be mindful of parking and do not block driveways or access points.
2. Maximum Occupancy
The property is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
3. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of your stay.
4. No Smoking
Smoking, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if available.
5. Pets
Pets are only allowed in pet specified properties. Management must be notified if guest(s) are bringing pets. If not notified and if guest(s) brings a pet into a non specified pet friendly property, management reserves the right to charge guest a minimum $700 charge and management reserves the right to terminate guest stay (no refund will be issued).
6. Cleanliness
Please care for the property. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Notify us immediately of any spills or damages.
7. Safety
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment. (Fines will incur if safety devices are tampered with).
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
8. Use of Amenities
Use all amenities responsibly and report any malfunctions. [For properties with Hot Tub, always handle the lifter bar with care, contact management if you need further instructions.]
9. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 4PM. Check-out time is 10AM.
Late check-outs may incur additional fees unless arranged in advance.
