Welcome to SummerTowne 1! This 2-bedroom 2.5 bath home sleeps 8 and sits directly across the street from the famous white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast in a small community with a pool! Enjoy the sounds of the ocean right from your master bedroom balcony or just take a short walk to experience the magical views firsthand. This community is in a great location: across from the beach, a 3 min drive to Pier Park, and a 10min drive to 30A. You can truly enjoy the best of the Emerald Coast.
This great two-story layout has both bedrooms on the second floor. The king-master en suite not only has great ocean views, but also has a daybed with a trundle. The guest bedroom is a queen bedroom en suite. The first floor has an open living area with great kitchen, dining area and living room (with a queen sleeper sofa). After a day at the beach or the community pool, enjoy the outside shower before calling it a day and enjoying some time relaxing on the balcony. SummerTowne 1 is a great place to make memories on your next family vacation or winter-stay.

1. Enjoy some of the world's most beautiful beaches
2. Bike along front beach road and stop at the local restaurants and bars
3. Take your family to Pier Park and enjoy shopping, dining, and catch a movie at the Grand Theatre

2. SummerTowne 1 offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating additional seating at the bar

**Please note: There is an additional non-refundable pet fee if you choose to bring your pet. Fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.**Dog fee*** if you bring your dog must be only under 35 pounds or less- Dog fee plus tax
