- This is a chlorine pool, measuring 22' x 12' x 6'.
- Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month, PLUS TAX.
- Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Parking:
- Garage use is available for Guests, Parking for up to 4 cars total.
- Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure, or we will charge $150 to replace it.
- No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
- There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property, complimentary for guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure, or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
