Seaside Haven is an elegant Island property that promises an unforgettable experience. The 4 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath pool home is located on the Avenues in Holmes Beach and just a short flipflop walk to the Gulf powdery white beaches. This house features tasteful coastal-themed décor that prioritizes guest comfort. Its gourmet kitchen and open floor plan provide ample space for family gatherings, complemented by a functional and relaxing outdoor living area by the pool. There is also a bonus game room with large TV including X-Box.
Centrally located a short walk away from Holmes Beach Shopping Center, guests have easy access to boutique shopping and dining options. For those who prefer an active retreat, various rental options such as bikes, golf carts, GoPeds, and mopeds are available, allowing visitors to explore the tropical paradise hassle-free.
Water enthusiasts will delight in the array of activities on offer, including kayak and paddleboard rentals and guided tours. The Gulf Coast of Anna Maria boasts exceptional fishing opportunities, with three fishing piers and numerous charter captains available for hire.

Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 8 people
There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property including the garage.
Optional pool heat up to 86 F and spa heat up to 100 F is available from November to April at $150/week. Optional spa heat only is available May-September for $75/week. Pools are serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
