Let us introduce you to Seacrest 714, a completely renovated and a new rental located on Okaloosa Island!
As soon as you open the door, you’re greeted by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that offer plenty of natural sunlight and glimpse of the Gulf.
The owners have carefully thought out the décor and furnishings in this condo to ensure you have a fantastic vacation. This tranquil and airy 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is located on the top (7th) floor of Seacrest and completely renovated with new flooring, paint, furniture, and appliances.
The living room features a plush sofa as well as two additional chairs to enjoy the large flat screen TV. The white chair can convert to a Twin bed as well. The sliding glass doors open to a private balcony with a dining area for sipping your coffee or a quiet spot to relax after a day at the beach. Next to the living room area is the dining area featuring a table for four.
The spacious kitchen has granite countertops, full-sized stainless-steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. All the pots, pans, and dining ware are provided so you can easily cook a meal before hitting the pool or beach. The washer and dryer is located next to the kitchen so you don’t have to worry about packing your whole house!
The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as a large flat screen TV. There is even a desk area if you need to get some work done, the condo has free Wifi. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to your private balcony. The Master bathroom has a combination tub/shower.
Seacrest is a wonderful family friends condo complex located on the quieter part of Fort Walton Beach. Seacrest beach access is just downstairs and following the boardwalk to the stunning white sands and emerald green waters. This unit includes one covered parking space and FREE Seasonal Beach Service as well through La Dolce Vita service. 2 chairs and 1 umbrella are available for your use daily, depending on weather conditions.

You must check-in at our office located at 895 Santa Rosa Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find an envelope with your information in your condo. Please call our office in advance for the door code. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
