This exquisite 1880 square foot condo is beautifully furnished and includes an oversized private lanai with spectacular OCEAN and SUNSET VIEWS! It is the perfect place to relax, dine, sip cocktails, watch the whales breach and spout (during the winter months), and enjoy the sites and sounds of the Pacific Ocean.
Sands of Kahana 315 has been beautifully remodeled with new tile, kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and stainless-steel appliances. This spacious, air-conditioned condo has an open floor plan with full window exposure to the ocean all along the front of the condo! The condo features Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms and there is a washer and dryer available for your use. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and looks directly out to the ocean. The second bedroom has two equally comfortable queen beds with a spectacular view. A sleeper sofa is provided in the living room making this condo ideal to accommodate up to 8 guests. Beach towels and a cooler are provided in the unit

We spent so much time whale watching right off the Lanai, the beach and pool. The beach was never super busy, it seemed so private in front of the condos.
The pool and poolside restaurant were amazing. Could not get my son to leave the pool. The community at Sands of Kahana seemed so friendly.
The grounds and common areas are kept perfectly manicured and clean.
We had a slight issue of missing blinds in one of the bathrooms. This was addressed and handled in such a fabulous and swift manner. I was totally impressed.
Epic Realty LLC and every person I spoke with before and along the trip were extremely helpful and friendly. I would return here to this unit specifically over and over again!
