New paint throughout the condo, a new chandelier over the 6-seat dining table and luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms highlight the upgrades.

· Tropical decor abounds in this pretty, comfortable Gulf-font condo
· Living area has ample seating including a Queen-size sleeper sofa

ice maker and water dispenser, 2 bar stools for informal snacks, and a new smooth-top cooking range.
· Full-size Washer and Dryer makes having clean clothes easy
