Welcome to Balcony Breeze in Phoenix IV, a newly updated, luxury, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental that sleeps ten.
The 6th floor ocean-front wrap-around corner balcony is perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing, people-watching, and dolphin sighting. The upgraded table seating for 7, plus two chaise lounge chairs, makes group activities comfortable.
The living room has ample seating for family gatherings with a large sectional and Barcalounger, large flat screen TV with a DVD player and Dish Network.
The dining table seats 6 with seating for 4 at the bar.
The fully appointed kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances.
The full-size washer and dryer are in the hall near the bedrooms.
Each bathroom has tub-shower combinations.
All three bedrooms have flat-screen TVs with DVD players.
