Welcome to "Family Tides". Make special memories in our 2 bedroom/2bath condo. It's perfect for a short-term getaway or home away from home" for snowbirds. "Family Tides" is convenient to everyting in beautiful Orange Beach, AL. and overlooks the gorgeous white sands of the Gulf of America Relax in the cozy living area complete with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, swivel recliner, swivel occasional chair and another occasional chair. Plenty of seating for all! The living space has floor to ceiling windows for a wonderful view and the glass sliding door opens to the balcony. A 55-inch TV is provided and has a DVD player if needed. Included in the large entertainment center are games, puzzles, cards and a mini library if you need something to read on the beach. Each of the 2 bedrooms offer a comfortable king-sized bed, chest of drawers and new 50 inch TV's.
The primary bedroom offers a glass sliding door that opens to the balcony. An ensuite bath in each bedroom offers tub/shower combination and a single vanity. After a fun day at the beach, each bedroom offers a great atmosphere for a good nights sleep. The dining room area has a comfortable table for 4 and the breakfast bar provides seating for 2. For true alfresco dining, the balcony has a cozy table for 4. Enjoy a fabulous meal overlooking the beach! Life can't get much better. If you enjoy eating in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare something special. It is fully stocked with cookware, eating utensils, dinnerware and glassware. It includes up to date appliances, granite countertops and cabinets to keep your supplies and food.
There is a laundry station in the foyer area that has a stacked washer and dryer for your convivence. Relaxation at its finest. You can enjoy that morning cup of coffee in the zero-gravity chair provided on the balcony while you are watching the dolphins jump in the Gulf and the sounds of the seagulls. Life is good at "Family Tides". Come enjoy our happy place! Respectfully, no smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
