We went down to St George for a baseball tournament and found the Penthouse at the Ledges. It was beyond what we thought it would be. Perfect for our family and then some. We have 3 kids that loved the arcades and the fact that they had their own bathrooms. The Penthouse has a great layout for a huge family or two families. When we arrived the place was spotless, easy to access with the door lock. The pool was hearted and we spent a fair amount of time there. We will definitely be back and plan to make this place one of our go to places to stay in St George. We absolutely loved it.

We had a wonderful time at the Penthouse! It was close to perfect. The only think lacking was a few kitchen items such as a potato peeler and cheese grater and some of the kitchen utensils were cheap and hard to use.

Awesome rental for a getaway with the family or even a girls trip! It's close to shopping but you also are in a beautiful place where you can relax without all the city noise. Super clean and fun place to hangout all day or when you have a long day of exploring St. George!

We stayed here with our 4 children over a long weekend and were so happy with The Penthouse at The Ledges. It is brand new and spotless! Every comfort is provided, plush towels and robes, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals, games cards & pickle ball equipment, a Nintendo console and games, Smart TV'S in every room, and snacks upon arrival. We went hiking to the lava tubes on Snow Canyon and only had to drive 5 minutes from The Ledges to the park entrance. It's a beautiful location surrounded by red rocks and The Ledges Golf Course. We were extremely happy with our stay here and will be coming back.

An absolutely tremendous experience for our family. High marks on all important areas...wonderful beds, brilliant layout and furnishings, completely tech ready etc. Plus numerous little details you'll be very grateful they thought of. Pool & rec facility is perfect, five minutes from incredible hikes - we'll most certainly be back to The Penthouse soon.

Every time we come back, we're reminded of how much thought and care went into this awesome place. Such a nice turn-key experience. With kids, it can be tough to have a vacation feel like a vacation... but The Penthouse is the one place it always does. We love it. Cheers!

We loved our stay at the Penthouse! It was very open and spacious, immaculate, tastefully decorated, well stocked with everything we needed, and very close to the fabulous pool, hot tub and Pickle Ball courts. The pool and hot tub were larger than other St George facilities where we have stayed and playing Pickle Ball every morning was a bonus! The location was perfect. Close enough to downtown St. George and all that offers as well as Snow Canyon for hiking and biking, yet far enough away from the business of the city to call this a very peaceful location. The Golf course and all the surrounding areas looked beautiful. Booking the Penthouse was easy and the staff was very professional. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I'd recommend this property to anyone interested in a relaxing, fun vacation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it!!

It was fantastic! Great amenities, very cozy, and supplied with lots of items to keep us entertained while at the town home like video games, pickleball equipment, card games, and streaming TV. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at The Penthouse and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The Penthouse at The Ledges was amazing! We loved our stay here and looking forward to future stays. The place is incredibly clean and decorated so perfect. The beds are so comfortable to sleep in and the kitchen is so easy to cook in while on vacation. They have everything there you need. We highly recommend this place.

We were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail in this rental from a gift basket to guest robes to an entertainment package on the tv where you can actually watch what you want and even record shows. The beds were extremely comfortable and they even had two different kinds of pillows a flatter pillow for a stomach sleeper like me and then puffier pillows for those with other preferences. Definitely a lot of effort put into this rental by the owners.

We stayed at the Penthouse over the weekend for a girls trip and it was amazing. First, booking the place was easy. Any questions I had were answered immediately. When we got to the property the house was perfectly clean! The beds were so comfortable, everyone slept great. We loved how every bedroom had it's own bathroom. We also loved the pool and pickle ball courts. I would highly recommend staying here!

The Penthouse at the Ledges was perfect! 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms! Fit our family perfectly! This house was very clean...comfy...and 2 pools within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again! Our family had the best time!

If you are reading this, just BOOK IT! The Penthouse is EPIC! We loved our stay. The entire place is immaculate, well equipped with everything you need and smelled DELIGHTFUL. The kitchen was clean and functional. The beds were super comfy and clean. There were TV's in every room, with easy operating instructions. The condo is beautifully furnished. The Hosts have literally thought of everything! They designed this place with the guests in mind. So many little touches like the drinks in the fridge, the treats on the desk along with the cutest note from the Owners, oh and the awesome nightlights on all the toilets! They even have classic arcades and a ping pong table. There is something for everyone here. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway. We will definitely be staying here every trip!

This is the second time we have stayed here and again, it did NOT disappoint. We came down with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. All of our friends fell in love, just like us. It's the perfect place for gatherings. The guys loved playing the arcade machines and ping pong while the girls gossiped on the comfy couches. Beds are super comfortable. We also LOVE the community hot tub. It's so big you don't have to feel like you're squashed in a hot pot with a bunch of people. We also cooked a lot and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Thank you for the perfect birthday weekend!

We stayed for my birthday at the end of September and turned around 2 weeks later for another stay! We can't say enough good things about the Penthouse! I brought my daughter and her friend down and they loved having their own rooms and private bathrooms upstairs. They loved playing the arcades and laying in the hammock. We spent time swimming and playing pickle ball. It was a perfect stay at a perfect place. Thank you again for making everything so perfect and easy. See you soon!!

We couldn't be more happy with our stay at The Penthouse at The Ledges, the pictures do not do this place justice! The town home is new, and decorated so beautifully. Such a great floor plan; a bathroom for every bedroom with an additional half bath on the main level in the hall. A closet full of cozy blankets, and fully stocked with bath towels and beach towels for the pool. If you are a coffee drinker, you have a full selection of K-cups to choose from and the kids had a bowl with candy bars waiting for them when they arrived. I went with my two kids 10 and 11, each getting their own room and private bath, with one of the bedrooms having 2 arcade machines right outside the door and a walk out deck ... the kids had to flip a coin for this one, rough life! Needless to say we were all in heaven. The back patio has a picnic table and bbq with no townhomes behind you, so bring your horse shoes or spike ball! I don't sleep well at home let alone on vacations, I slept like I baby. I ended up calling to find out where the bedding, including pillows, comforter and mattress were purchased from! The pool is a 2 minute walk which was awesome and I felt safe with the kids, such a great location. The Penthouse is located 10 minutes outside of St George which I loved, and 10 minutes to Tuachan and snow canyon. The only downfall? It is so comfortable you may want to just stay there and relax instead of seeing the sites. :-)We will definitely be back and will be checking to see if we can reserve this for the same week on a annual basis! Loved staying there! Perfect place to stay with family and friends!

We traveled down for Memorial weekend with two other families with kids ranging from 9 months to 4 years of age and were taken back by the cleanliness and quality of the furnishings at The Penthouse. Each room has its own bathroom and really comfortable beds. The patio was very nice and the ping pong table kept us busy throughout the night. Multiple video game stations were a nice touch for both the kids and adults. The bbq grill was as nice as I have ever grilled on, The Penthouse is also walking distance to the pool and pickle ball courts. We will make this a repeat location to stay in the future. It is nice to be a little outside of town especially on busy weekends like Memorial Day weekend.

I frequently visit St. George on business, and honestly don't see myself at a hotel ever again. The spotless and amenity-packed Penthouse is my new standard, and nothing else even comes close! 100% tech ready, filled with natural light and comfortable space, I can work with maximum efficiency - then unwind with a jog or a round at Ledges. Well done!!

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament with our 3 kids. The location was great and the property was just as great. The condo was incredibly well kept and organized and had a ton of amenities, from cooking supplies to entertainment. We made good use of the pickleball court, pool, game room, and golf course. We will definitely be staying here again some time soon.

I would move in tomorrow! It's a beautiful rental. It's extremely clean, exactly as pictured, and has all of the ammenities needed to stay for an extended period of time. We LOVED the night lights in the toilets! Purchased for our own home right away. The pool is beautiful, big and very well kept. The location is perfect, just a short drive to many restaurants and a movie theater. We also enjoyed the many areas surrounding the property to go hiking. Please don't stay here so it's ALWAYS available for us. :) We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you!! ...and the treats and drinks upon arrival were so thoughtful!

The rental was clean with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Concise directions to the rental and easy access via the directions.

We loved staying here! They thought of it all. There were fun games for the kids, and plenty of entertainment with a TV in each bedroom. The pool at this place was amazing. It has a giant hot tub. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Patio area was fun to grill on at the end of the day and of course the golf course is right there on site. Very glad we chose to stay here and we will be back for sure.

If you want a great getaway look no further! The Penthouse at the Ledges is beautiful! Our kids loved the arcade games, the retro Nintendo gaming system, the swimming pool with an oversized hot tub, and even got in some pickle ball and ping pong. TVs in every room with plenty of entertainment options made it nice to relax at the end of the day. We loved that it is located just far enough away from town to enjoy the outdoors yet not too far away from local restaurants and shopping. We did not golf this trip but it is literally on site. We will definitely be hitting the course next time. The place itself has everything you will need from luxurious robes to beach towels to an instant pot in the kitchen. Nice king beds in the masters make for a great night's sleep. My wife even took a picture of the name of the mattress because she slept so well. We loved it and can't wait to come again!

Have nothing but positive things to say about our stay at The Penthouse at the ledges. The house was clean upon arrival and had more room than expected. The amenities live up to the name of the property. There's even lights in the toilets with motion sensors so you don't need to turn the lights on during the night. This was by far the best experience we've had renting in St George! Highly recommend staying here. 5 Stars! *****

The Penthouse keeps bringing us back and keeps getting better. Classic arcades and ping pong have now been added to the numerous amenities. We can't say enough about this place. Fantastic lodgings for the family and friends. Love it!

It couldn't have been better or easier. From booking our trip, tee times, accommodation everything was taken care of with one phone call. Talking with Dan, he understood exactly what we were looking for. 4 guys wanting to play golf and stay in a very nice place. he set up all of our tee times early in the morning so we were able to play 36 holes most days. The courses were amazing and the accommodations were perfect.Thank you Dan and staff for making St.George and the Ledges our new destination for spring golf trip.

This is a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, clean, and we will definitely be back!

This place is better than advertised. The condo is immaculate and every last detail has been customized to the guest. As you walk in you notice the clean nice smell of the property and the snacks and stocked fridge along with a welcome note from the owners. My kids loved the personal touch and of course the treats and drinks. We loved the Keurig with an assortment of coffee and hot chocolate options. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and directions for operation which made it a breeze even for the kids. We really had need for nothing as the bathrooms are loaded with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are plenty of towels both for the bathroom and the pool and tons of extra blankets and pillows. We went to the pool every day and although it was spring break the kids had plenty of room to swim and hang in the hot tub. There is a full kitchen which saved us a lot of money as we stocked up at Costco at the start of the stay and worked through our stock for each meal (just like being at home). They even have condiments on hand (we forgot the ketchup). This place is great because it is just far enough from downtown that you feel like your staying in your own private destination spot but close enough to go out to dinner or to the store if needed. Also just wanted to mention that the clubhouse at the Ledges has delicious lunch specials that we took advantage of a couple times (they also deliver room service but we didn't take advantage of it). Honestly we had such a great experience and it was so hassle free that this will be our spot every time we go the St. George.

The townhouse was is very good condition and close to our golf outings. Overall it was a great experiences.

I'm usually in charge of putting together all of our golf trip, I have to say Dan Decker is by far the best person I have dealt with on any of our trips, lodging was fantastic/golf courses spectacular!

It was a nice property. A little less luxurious than it appeared on the web site. The kitchen could be stocked better. Rather substandard flatware and dishes.
