Clean and convenient

This is my third time staying at The Penthouse at The Ledges. Like I have said previously, this place is the best for my family!!! Will not say anywhere else! I have four daughters and we love to go visit St. George, relax, and have a blast. This place doesn't miss one detail. It has everything for a family of my size from the older girls to play games, pickle ball - down to my baby with the high-chair, pack n play to sleep in, etc. The people who have put together this quiet, wonderful home, have not missed anything. I would critique it if I felt like there was something to critique. You can tell that the owners care about the experience for the people staying there only a short time. Again, stop reading all the different reviews from all the different homes and places in St. George and surrounding areas and just book this place. You will not be disappointed! It gets better every single time. Thank you, thank you, thank you to to the owners for allowing me to make such wonderful memories with my growing family in such a nice, cozy rental.

We Love The Penthouse at Ledges! We have stayed here several times...thus is a must stay rental property! Perfect for our family...everyone has their own room and bathroom...very clean and inviting! Close to 2 pools.. I just can't say enough about The Penthouse

Played Ledges and Sand Hollow and stayed at Ledges vacation rental. The lodging accommodations were great and everything was in order. I brought extra utensils and stuff, but didn't need anything as everything was already there ready for use. Thoroughly enjoyed our golf vacation.

The whole process was seemless and easy. When arriving at the house and entering we instantly loved it. With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it gave my three boys their own space,Unlike being cramped in hotel room. The ping-pong table and arcade games gave us something to do after hiking the red rocks and a chance to cool down. The propert, swimming pool, and location are perfect for a family getaway to the beautiful St. George area.

Spent a couple nights at the Penthouse to work and explore. It was perfect as always. Such a great place to decompress but also get a lot done. Thanks again! Be back soon!

Everything was great about our stay, from the welcome snacks to the great layout of the condo. Kids had tons of activities to keep them busy from pickle ball, to the great pool, ping pong and arcade games.

As always, the property was clean, and after staying here for several years in a row, it is still well maintained. The weather was a little chilly and we were able to use the community hot tub for the chilly evenings. We also enjoyed using the BBQ for Valentine's Day steaks! We are never disappointed with our stay! Thanks for making everything perfect.

We are from up north and loved coming south to hike the beautiful area. The home had everything we needed and provided comfort for our entire family. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

Classiest and cleanest place ever! We have stayed at the Penthouse twice now and plan on making it an annual or bi-annual event. This place is definitely "home away from home" and even better, comfort at its best. Private bath for each room, and the beds are so comfortable. There is so much to do, heated pool, pickle ball, ping pong table in the garage, arcade machines upstairs, games in the closet, movies and snuggly blankets. Walks, hikes, bike rides, golf, dinner at the clubhouse or bar, they even deliver food to you from the clubhouse! We went to Tuacahn and enjoyed an outdoor show. BEST COVID MENTAL THERAPY MONEY CAN BUY!! Thanks to the owners John and Ashley!

This is such an amazing property. It is very new with nice upgrades throughout the home. The owners really thought of everything. There are arcade games, USB outlets throughout the house, all the dishes we needed, plenty of space, and it smells amazing! I would recommend staying here to anyone. We had a great experience.

Beautiful rental in an ideal location. It was just a short drive to great food, hiking, and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be planning another trip here in the future!

St. George has always been a tradition with my big family to head down for golfing, swimming, eating, and repeating that each day. We have stayed at many different locations in St. George and the surrounding areas. I have finally found the perfect location!!! The Penthouse at the Ledges doesn't miss a single detail. It is immaculate and we absolutely loved our stay. As soon as you walk in you notice how clean everything is organized as well as the welcome note and treats from the Owners. My daughters scooped up the M&Ms right away. It has the feeling of a Home and not just another rental house. The personal touches and extra thought put in by the owners to all aspects of the home makes all the difference. The home is stocked with everything you need. We brought more from home than we needed too because that has always been our experience in the past staying at other locations in St. George. There were tons of towels both for the house and the pool. Lots of extra blankets, pickle ball equipment, board games, movies, ping pong in the garage, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in every bathroom, and on and on. It was an absolute perfect stay for my family. And it would be for small families, large families, couples, or buddies for a golf trip. The home is very clean and very well designed. Rooms are all very nice with TVs in each room, tons of USB and various charging stations throughout the house which is super convenient. The pool and pickle ball courts are very very close and very nice. They also have a large 6 inch section of water for little little kids at the pool which is super convenient for my daughter that is 2 years old to still play and have a lot of fun. And The Ledges Golf Course is an amazing course that is a two minute drive to the clubhouse. One of the best secrets of St. George is The Ledges golf course! Don't waste your time or effort looking through tons of VRBO, AirBNB, and other vacation rental locations

Great time for the family at The Penthouse. We hiked the White Rocks, spent a day at Gunlock and an evening in Snow Canyon. In addition to the lovely accommodations, The Penthouse is situated perfectly to do it all. Thanks again! Be back soon.

This rental has everything. It's cozy, practical, fun and cute! Has lots of upgrades that make your stay feel like home, but even better. My kids loved the arcade games and the little bowl of treats they left for us. All the beds are so comfortable and really clean! We spent all day at the clubhouse pool. The location is close to shopping and food, but also set back in beautiful landscaping. Went for a morning run, and was in awe at how pretty it is right around there. Definitely going back soon.

We could not have been happier with our stay at The Penthouse at the Ledges. The locations is wonderful-near great golf, beautiful hikes and Gunlock reservoir. The home is absolutely beautiful! It was spotless, smelled amazing, and was even stocked with candy and cold drinks for us. There is nothing the property owners have not thought of to make your stay convenient and comfortable. We did almost all our cooking there. Don't be surprised if you want to do the same, because once you arrive you just don't want to leave. The kitchen is stocked with every you could need and more. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the comfiest or chairs and hammocks. Our kids loved the arcade games and endless available tv shows/movies. The pool is large, clean and very convenient to get too. We loved being able to order food from the onsite grill and have it delivered directly to us at the pool. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. We will never stay anywhere else in St George

We love staying in The Penthouse at the Ledges. Townhome is squeaky clean and every consideration is thought through. The DVD collection, smart TVs in every room, card games, pickleball rackets & balls, ping pong table in garage with paddles & balls, Nintendo console & games, 2 arcade games, hammock, outdoor grill, and snacks and drinks provided upon arrival... they really have thought through everything to make it as wonderful as possible. I think Snow Canyon is the most beautiful spot in St. George and it's North gate was only 5 minutes away! Staying here gives you a private and secluded paradise to explore as it is 8 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of St. George. I felt like I was able to enjoy all St. George has to offer without any of the crowds. The pool and hot tub at the complex were clean and so much fun for my kids. Stay here, you'll be glad you did. We will be back very soon!

Such a fun and relaxing getaway spot in our own little bit of luxury. Just the right location for seclusion and access to everything you need.

Our family had a great time. Every bedroom had an available bathroom and the place was well organized and clean. We loved the place!!

It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. I loved the ping pong table in the garage and my kids loved the games. We had a blast and felt very comfortable here.

The Penthouse at the Ledges was awesome!!! Super easy to check in, the renters are very responsive and super easy to get a hold of! The place was perfect for our family!!! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and cozy! The beds were fantastic. My kids were in heaven with the arcade games and they stayed up late every night playing ping pong. The condo is right around the corner from the community pool, hot tub and my favorite, the pickle ball courts!! It's location is perfect, close enough to restaurants, movie theater and everything else but far enough away to feel relaxed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

The Penthouse had everything we were looking for and more. We really enjoyed being away from the noise of the city and the scenery is gorgeous. We were within a 10 minute beautiful drive to all the places we needed to be. We enjoyed biking, walking, and golfing so close to our rental. They have made it incredibly easy and convenient to rent bikes as well. The kids were in heaven with the games and ping pong table and loved having their own space to hang out in. They also felt extra special having a welcoming beverage and treat waiting for them. Everything was spotless and sanitized. They took extra precautions to make us feel safe and healthy during the health crisis. The owners have done an exceptional job with decor and stocking the house. Plenty of towels, pool towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, and baby items. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the luxury the Penthouse had to offer. We can't wait for our next stay here!

I have stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years in St George and around the country and this is the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in. On top of that the owners have thought of Everything to make your stay comfortable! Tons of towels, hair dryers, makeup wipes, goodies in the fridge and kitchen upon arrival, fun games, comfortable beds, cool lounge/gaming chairs for kids, etc! I'll stay here again for sure.

Our visit to St George mainly was to visit Zions National park. What we did not expect when we arrived : " look at this place too many things to do". Golf, bike rentals, hiking or just enjoy and relax a the house, club house or around the community. The property itself was completely spotless, furnished with great detail, everything you can think for a fantastic vacation was provided. Next time we will expend more time a the property, take advantage of the Club house, pool hot tub, do some BBQ. Definitely a place to recommend .

Loved staying at The Penthouse at The Ledges for a fun girls trip. The home was lovely with a beautiful kitchen and family room for gathering. Loved the pool and hot tub being so close. We had great access to Zion's for some beautiful hiking and the Red Mountain Spa for a day of Girlfriends Bootcamp.

Had a fantastic time at the Penthouse on a much needed road trip with my pals. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed...including things we hadn't thought to bring. It's an awesome place in every way and really made the trip perfect.

The home was clean and beautifully decorated with the perfect touch! Spacious with all the amenities, including treats waiting for our arrival! Golf was superb and the bike trails did not disappoint! Can't wait to come back!!

We rented two units (4 bedrooms each). The Penthouse met every need for us. It had a bathroom for each bedroom, it was well stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking tools. The house was well decorated and comfortable. I liked that the kitchen table was big enough to easily sit 6-8 people.

Our Family recently spent a week at the the Penthouse this is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely love it! It is beautiful, extremely clean and organized. They have thought of everything to make your experience extra special. We loved the treats and drinks in the fridge! They had added some games and a ping pong table since our last stay so we had ping pong tournaments in the garage and were able to be in the shade during the July heat! We took advantage of the pool and pickle ball courts, thanks to the penthouse providing the rackets and balls! The location is perfect, easy access to many hikes, restaurants, grocery stores (The kitchen at the penthouse is amazing and has everything you need to cook). Between the back patio and the front patio there was usually a shady place to hang out outside. We loved hanging out on the comfy outdoor couches looking for constellations (thanks to start apps) and of course hammock! We 100% recommend the penthouse, our kids asked us if we could move there!

My family absolutely LOVED the stay at The Penthouse! It was so clean, so open, so close to the Pool and Golf course, and they had everything there to make our stay wonderful! My 5 kids kept calling it a "mansion" and my daughters are now convinced that they will live in St George when they grow up! Finding small necessities in the kitchen, and every pot/pan/utensil you could need, made the stay so enjoyable. We will DEFINITELY book another stay!

This is the best rental in St. George. It checks every box for my wife and I and our four little girls. Clean, organized, simple, fun and just feels like home. It never disappoints as we are returning customers to the Penthouse at the Ledges. We have stayed in other rentals in St. George and even in The Ledges but this one is the best. No question! We won't stay anywhere else. It gets better each stay.

At her request...I took my daughter and her friends to the Penthouse for her birthday weekend. We had an absolute blast. Wonderful accommodations and amenities for the whole crew! Non-stop fun with the pool, pickleball etc.. Love this place!!

We have stayed here many times, as a family, as a group of couples, and this time as a Girl's Weekend! We had such a great time, and the pool and penthouse were perfect for our getaway. There are plenty of bedrooms and lots of space. We took advantage of the pickleball courts, and loved the arcades. Patio is perfect for the evenings. The kitchen is always stocked with what we need for when we want to cook, and there are plenty of restaurants fairly close for when we don't want to cook. Thanks again for another great stay. Thanks for always making sure it's clean and ready to go when we get there! See you in October, if not sooner! :)

Took the family on a work trip and the Penthouse was perfect. Family was comfortable, entertained by all the amenities and we used the evenings to hike and adventure nearby. Love this place. Highly recommended.

We like to travel with our friends whom also have little kids, the kids request all year every year, when are we going back to the vacation house? They were very excited when we booked our second stay, the Ledges have added another pool and many biking/walking trails. The amenities are top notch, kuerig coffee, netflix, disney +, snacks, video games and of course the ping pong table which I regained my championship status. My family and friends will stay at the Penthouse every time we come to St. George, it is so nice to be just enough out of town to feel some separation from the city. Thanks for the hospitality, we shall return for another stay soon.

The Penthouse at The Ledges was such a fantastic spot to spend a weekend in St. George at. It's far enough away from the city to feel secluded but close enough that the 6 minute drive into town doesn't feel like a bother at all whenever you need something. The house is amazing and so spacious. Everything was so clean and comfortable. And the Ledges staff was so kind and accommodating as well. They helped with anything we needed.
