Welcome to your Caribbean home away from home at Property Manager Resort, L4.
This spacious tropical-view studio suite offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a quiet near-water setting, and convenient access to some of the resort’s most popular waterfront amenities. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, L4 sleeps up to 2 guests and is located just steps from the Waterfront Pool and Pineapple Beach, with parking conveniently just outside the building. The suite can also be booked together with neighboring L3 to create a 2-room suite with a shared balcony.
The suite features a full-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and the utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. Inside, guests will find a dining table for 2, a loveseat sofa for reading or relaxing, a flat-screen television, a large bathroom with a spacious step-in shower and well-lit vanity, and a generous closet for storing belongings. The shared balcony with L3 offers tropical and partial ocean views, with outdoor dining for 2 and a lounge chair for relaxing in the island breeze.
Property Manager Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Complimentary shuttle service operates from the resort lobby throughout the 15-acre property from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.
