Connect any TV to your favorite streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. •Upstairs deck for viewing pelicans and spotting dolphins •Spacious bedrooms make it easy to wind down and get comfortable, with high-quality mattresses, comfortable bedding and pillows ACTIVITIES: •Rent or bring your boat and tie it up to the dock, or use the boat lift for boats up to 6,000 lbs •Fish cleaning station plus water and power at the dock •Fish off the dock or try the crab pots •Two kayaks (more can be rented nearby), two bikes, yard games •Private kayak launch with a gradual incline that's perfect for little ones to stroll in the sliver of sand and explore the water •Cook up your catch on the gas grill outside or the 5-burner range inside •Sip cocktails while watching spectacular sunsets over the sound •Gather with friends in the evening. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
