This luxurious three-bedroom + den, three-bathroom vacation rental offers an idyllic escape for up to eight guests. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area with a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a stove, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your meals at the spacious dining table, which seats eight, or step outside to the private BBQ grill area for an al fresco dining experience.
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms + den provide ample space and comfort. The primary suite features a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning mountain views. Two additional guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, offer tranquility and privacy. The lower guest bedroom/den includes a twin over double/queen bunk bed, ideal for families.
Three full bathrooms are conveniently located on the upper and main floors, ensuring everyone has easy access. Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for entertainment. Community pool is available for summer use only.

All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
