This spectacular condo is located in the heart of West Maui at the prestigious Honua Kai Resort. It is an ideal place to watch sunsets with your loved ones on the wrap-around shared lanai and experience the meaning of paradise! This beautiful 1320 sf condo features gorgeous furniture pieces and wood-like tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The oversized, undivided lanai features spectacular glass doors for you to look out onto the beautiful view from the living room. Both bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and, with the addition of a king size sofa bed, it sleeps up to 6 guests. The condo includes two bathrooms, a washer & dryer, free wi-fi and parking. This exquisitely unique indoor/outdoor setting is truly Honua Kai “at its best”.

Prime, upscale location offers a vast variety of amazing things to do and experience on Maui. There are 5 star restaurants, championship golfing, luxury shopping, world class white sand beaches, and crystal blue water as far as the eye can see.

Honua Kai resort has 3 acres of swimming pools (with water slide), 5 hot tubs, a fitness center, spa and additional pool and hot tubs at the new Luana Villas (on the property). The resort also features Aina Gourmet Market and Duke's Restaurant, - serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Resort fee is $75
NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON THE LANAI. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning fees for violating this rule is strictly enforced.

We travel to Maui often and will be back to this resort! Our u it was beautiful. Management was very responsive with any questions or needs. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was the shared lani space, but since it is at the end of the common area it was quite private, didn’t feel like a shared area just a very large Lani. We will for sure be back! Loved how it was an easy walk to other side of Black Rock along the water, but without the crowds. Made for great whale watching every morning!

Excellent location. Honua Kai is right on the beach. You can walk in just minutes to the ocean for the day or a fabulous sunset. My kids have snorkeled in the past on this beach and you see turtles and fish very easily. I had two turtles pass me in shallow water while I was taking pictures of Lanai. Unit comes with 3 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler. There’s quality body boards also in the closet for use. Pools were crowded with families most days. Would recommend getting a cabana a head of time for more relaxing time. We had #8 and was perfect. Out door lanai was really nice. Killer sunset view from this location.note the lanai Is a shared space with the entire floor but it’s blocked off so that folks don’t wander from the other units into the area in front of your sliding doors. I was concerned about this but it wasn’t a problem. AC was cool and fans were awesome as it was 87+ all the days we visited. Bathrooms are big and well appointed. Rooms were also nice size with plenty of closet and dresser space Living/ dining room space and TVs were not used as ate outside on the lanai but the area is big and set up well. Kitchen and fridge were full size and easy to use. We cooked 4 out of 5 nights with no problems. Outdoor BBQ areas are easy to use and high end - Viking . Units is on second floor close to stairs so it was easy to by pass elevator to get out to the ground floor. Dukes is nice to have on property we ate there the one night we didn’t cook. Times grocery store is a quick walk across the street. I recommend it over Safeway. Also some really good food trucks. Next to the property. The dole whip across the street is also excellent. Fresh Fish market and ABC store also within walking distance. Don’t miss out on the chance to bbq some fresh local fish. We did mahi mahi - Opah - ahi. Wi-Fi gave us trouble but i never looked into the cause as our phones got perfect reception with out it. This pl

We had a great time at Kona Kai. The location was great and the unit was amazing. The staff at Epic was very helpful during the booking process. Check in/out process was super easy. Only minor concern is that we couldn’t get the WiFi to work. I reached out, but did not hear back.

Everything was great. There were plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows for all of us. Everything we needed to know was given to us in writing. It made it easy for check in, check out, and everything in between. There is a lot of construction/painting go on around the outside of the resort, and we couldn’t use the patio area the last day and a half, but at that point it wasn’t a big deal. We loved our stay.

Balcony was not fully available due to maintenance although we were given a partial refund so that was fair. Check in was a cluster, not as email described with security being a bit unwilling to help w general parking questions. Space was roomy and well decorated, kitchen fully stocked. The living room furniture was old, not comfy and not clean. That needs changing. Locks were changed to keypad entry while we were there. It took 2 days to figure out a code that would open our door. All else was enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time while staying at the condo. Everyone that works at the resort is so nice and ready to answer any questions you may have. They are always smiling. The one pool that we were at every day has a water slide and everyone loved. We had a few little things wrong with condo but Epic Raelty answered our call and fixed problem within an hour. They were amazing. I would give them 5 stars. I also have to mention the beds were so comfortable. The view amazing every night . The only thing I could find a little bit off would be some of the furniture is a bit worn looking .
