As you arrive, you’ll find convenient driveway and garage parking and easy access into the home, where the lower level welcomes you with two comfortable guest bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed—perfect for a restful night after a day of Tahoe adventure. A full bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and spacious gathering area where the kitchen, dining space, and living room come together under high ceilings to create an inviting atmosphere for spending time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, while the comfortable living area provides the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

Step outside onto the upstairs deck where you’ll find a private hot tub—ideal for soaking under the stars after a day on the lake, hiking nearby trails, or skiing in the winter months.

Also located on the upper level is the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed, along with a cozy bunk room offering a twin bunk with pull-out trundle that’s perfect for kids or additional guests. A second full bath is located on this level as well.

For even more entertainment, the second bay of the garage has been transformed into a fun-filled game room. Here you’ll find a pool table, a retro arcade game, and a variety of activities that make it easy to keep everyone entertained, no matter the season. With its unique western charm, playful design details, and comfortable layout for families or groups, this home offers the perfect setting for a memorable Donner Lake escape.

The Amenities
The west end of Donner Lake offers a peaceful mountain setting with easy access to outdoor recreation year-round. During the summer months, visitors can enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and relaxing along the scenic shoreline of Donner Lake. Nearby hiking and biking trails wind through the surrounding forests and mountains, offering breathtaking views of the Sierra landscape.

In the winter, the area transforms into a snowy playground with several ski resorts just a short drive away, including Sugar Bowl, Boreal, and Donner Ski Ranch. Snowshoeing, sledding, and cross-country skiing are also popular winter activities in the area.

With charming downtown Truckee just a short drive away, guests can easily explore local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and historic landmarks while still enjoying the quiet mountain atmosphere of Donner Lake.
