Welcome to “Destiny in Emerald Green,” your dream escape in Destiny by the Sea—Destin’s most exclusive gated beachfront community. Just steps from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this three-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat captures the essence of luxury coastal living.

The second floor is designed for gathering, where light streams through French doors into an open-concept living and dining area. A cozy gas fireplace sets the scene, while the chef’s kitchen shines with an expansive island breakfast bar, stainless steel gas range, vent hood, and stylish cabinetry. Juliet balconies on both sides invite sea breezes and golden Gulf light inside.
On the third floor, the primary suite is a true sanctuary with its own fireplace, private Juliet balcony, and a spa-inspired bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower. A guest suite with a queen bed, en suite bath, and Juliet balcony completes this level—each room designed to reflect the serenity of the coast. Altogether, the home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, offering both privacy and inviting spaces for entertaining.
