Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Property Manager Resort, D11.
This newly refurnished and renovated hilltop 1-bedroom villa offers a large corner balcony, sweeping island and water views, and a comfortable upper-resort setting for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families, D11 sleeps up to 4 guests and is conveniently located near the hilltop pool, with the guest laundry area, resort lobby, and activities center just a short walk downhill.
The villa features a king bedroom with direct island views and louvered doors for added privacy between the bedroom and living area. The spacious living room includes a sleeper sofa, two reading chairs, and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring the islands. The living area opens to the indoor dining area with seating for 4, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed during your stay. The bathroom offers a large shower and vanity area. Parking is conveniently located steps from the villa entry.
Property Manager Resort is located on the east end of St. Thomas, approximately 8 miles from the airport. The resort is about 5 minutes from Red Hook and close to Coral World, Coki Beach, Lindquist Beach, Magens Bay, and the ferry to neighboring islands. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre resort property.
Resort Exclusivity – Only at Property Manager Resort
Only certified villas and suites booked through official Property Manager Resort channels receive full access to exclusive resort amenities and services. Guests also enjoy the added confidence of staying at a property recognized with the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award 2025.
