Welcome to River’s Edge, your relaxing retreat in the heart of New Braunfels!
This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Camp Warnecke Estates, just steps from the Comal River and across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark. With river access, resort-style amenities, and a short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and live music, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway.
The Space:
Relax in comfort after a fun-filled day at the river or waterpark. This stylish and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. While the condo does not have a river view, it’s just steps away from private river access and offers a peaceful retreat after a day on the water.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, patio access, ensuite bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with high-quality linens and indoor towels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner, plus bar seating for 2 and a dining table for 6. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit for your convenience.
Please note: this condo entrance is located on the ground level, but you must walk up a flight of stairs to enter the living quarters on the 2nd floor.

As a separate note, as we have used more and more vacation rentals over the last several years, we are now considering going back to more of a hotel model where we don't have to worry about $800 wrist bands and taking out our own garbage. Several of us are starting to discuss this option since we eat out mostly and are at the water park for much of the time. All and all the unit was fine but expensive for what we used.
