Start your mornings on the private dock, coffee in hand, as the sun rises over the Bay. Spend your days lounging by the heated pool, relaxing on multiple expansive decks, or strolling just steps across the quiet island road to your semi-private beach access. In the evening, return for front-row seats to Captiva’s legendary sunsets over the Gulf.
The private dock accommodates a 20+ foot boat and is ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, or casting a line in some of the best fishing waters on the island. For an effortless adventure, local fishing guides can pick you up directly from your dock.
Inside, the home is bright, open, and beautifully appointed. The main living level features a spacious open-concept design with soaring views, a large dining table for 10, a wet bar, and a thoughtfully designed kitchen that overlooks the Bay, pool, and dock. The comfortable family room invites you to unwind with a flat-screen TV and expansive water views, while a den with Gulf views and a sleeper sofa offers additional space for guests.
Upstairs, two luxurious master suites and two guest bedrooms provide refined accommodations. One master suite captures stunning Bay views with a king bed and spa-like bathroom featuring dual sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower. The second master suite faces the Gulf, offering a king bed and private bath. A guest suite with two twin beds and another with a king bed each include their own bathrooms and beautiful Bay views.
The lower level features an additional guest suite with two queen beds, direct access to the pool, and a full bathroom—perfect for guests seeking privacy and convenience.
Every detail has been considered, including a Sonos sound system throughout, elevator access, garage, ice maker, gas grill, laundry room, beach chairs, and beach towels.
A six-seater golf cart is available for an additional fee. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are included for your enjoyment.
Please note: exterior security cameras are located at the front door and boat dock. Boat lift is not available for guest use.
