A La Playa is in a great location for stores and the beach. The view of the sunrise from the porch in the mornings and the view of the New Year's Eve fireworks along the beach were amazing. The house had everything we needed. The shelves in the laundry room were ideal for storage of food items until we needed them. Storage there made it easy to pack unused items to return home. We were surprised with the amount of sand on the floors when we arrived but with the beach comes sand! It is definitely a house in which to have a wonderful time! Wonderful customer service.

A La Playa beach house was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We brought our own sheets and towels, but there were good pillows and blankets provided. The living room furniture was super comfortable with reclining sofa seats. Wifi worked well while we were there too. The location is great with excellent beach views from the big covered upstairs deck. The neighborhood was very quiet but we were there in October and the houses near A La Playa appeared to be empty. We loved our stay there and plan to book this same house in the future. Very friendly and easy to work with too.

I';m so impressed with Cobb Rental and their staff. Our house happened to be listed for sale on the day we arrived. The staff worked with us on one potential buyer viewing the home and an inspection and compensated us well. The house was perfect, and we hope it will continue as a rental with the new owners! We needed a smaller size than what we usually rented so this lovely home was wonderful. We love the larger windows in the living area allowing us to view the beach as if we were standing there.

This vacation rental was so relaxing. It provided everything we wanted and needed. Easy access to beach, so clean inside and out, comfortable beds, and close to eating places.

We brought our son and his family for a family getaway. We loved the proximity to the beach and the backyard for the dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. The mattresses do need to be replaced and the patio could use more comfortable furniture. Other than that, we had a lovely time.

The house is very nice. Cobb is a great company. Everything about our trip was excellent. We will definitely use Cobb again.

We stayed at A La Playa from June 12-19, 2020. We just loved it. It was our first time to visit Crystal Beach, but it won't be our last. The location was close to everything and the house was perfect for us. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We didn't want to leave.

A La Playa is a great find! The location is excellent and the house is perfect. We had lots of space and enjoyed having the fenced back yard with easy access from the back door. I especially appreciate the location of the bedrooms which allows a bit of separation from the living area. The nice stereo system was a very nice surprise. We will be back! The time we spent at this cabin this past weekend was phenomenally peaceful. This beach house is awesome (we will rent this one again); this is the second time we've rented this cabin, and we like the changes in colors (painted walls and furnishings and accessories). A really nice & modern cabin with an awesome view of the beach. Great fenced yard area for our dog. The bed was really comfortable (not too hard as is typical). Only gripe was no cushions for the very HARD wood deck chairs - some padding would have been nice. Anyway, bring your own chaise lounges if you want to stretch out. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Fantastic location; beautifully appointed house. Master bath is gorgeous. Very nice furniture throughout, and lovely kitchen. Beach views can't be beat, and so happy it was both dog friendly and super clean.

This is the first time we have rented a beach house from Cobb. The house we stayed in (A La Playa) was everything we had hoped for! It was clean, had a great view and had only the necessary sand dune and a single car wide road between us and the beach. The house was well-appointed with dishes, etc. and previous tenants (or Cobb) had left a few amenities like dish soap, a few spices, etc. The furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable, etc.,etc. I would definitely recommend this beach house. The Cobb people were professional and helpful.

The staff helped us pick a very good spot and we had a lot of fun. The surf was magnificant to look

The cabin is just beautiful as well as the view. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for taking the dogs out. There is a separate stair that leads directly down to it, which is very convenient. The view is wonderful, from the deck or inside the living room. Will stay again!

What a great location and view. Only a few steps away from the beach. The house itself was very welcoming and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Only thing was we had to sweep up some pet hair but everything else was very clean. We will definitely be going back!

We stayed at A La Playa for one week in late August. The home was exactly like the pictures, very close to the beach and very peaceful. We had a wonderful time and plan on staying again!

This beach house was was nice and very close to the beach. We had a great time. There was one issue with sugar ants and they immediately resolved the problem.

As far as the property....the inside was very nice, clean, up to date, very roomy, love the spacious kitchen, living room and bedrooms, and the washer and dryer/laundry room was a perk, the inside really had all the amenities we needed. Although, my husband wanted to mention the beds are hard and uncomfortable. There are no box springs on the beds only mattresses, maybe that is why. <br/>As far as the outside of the property....<br/>it is dirty, needs updating, painting. The front patio is great but some comfortable lounge chairs would have been nice. There was not any furniture or chairs or picnic table on the bottom like I was told. The grill was filthy and disgusting. Overall the oustide needs some serious updating, especially since the inside is so nice and IT IS a beachfront property. I drove around and saw much better upkeep of the outside of other properties that were not beachfront I might have rather been at. I mself and most people will want to spend time outside on the deck or downstairs in the summer. Just a tip for the owner. Also very disspointed that we could not access WIFI or Internet while we were there for an entire week, which was told to us upon booking was working and available. This was a huge inconveinence to us being that we also did not have cell phone reception in the property. Kinda hard to plan our week. To make any phone calls or look at things to do or inquire about places to eat we had to get in the car and drive away from the property. Big inconveinence. We will be back to Crystal Beach just not sure we will stay here at A La Playa. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach home was just as presented online. The view was awesome, front row. The home was very clean and furniture was really nice. Cobb Real Estate and beach rental staff are awesome. We were looking at a couple of rentals and the staff recommend this one and it was a great choice for our needs. We have rented a few time from them and as always they delivered the good. Would highly recommend this home to all. Can't wait until we can rent again and it will be soon.

I own a couple of businesses and it is easy for me to get away from having to answer my phone but unfortunately without WIFI it makes it VERY difficult for me to relax as I do have to monitor a few online systems. Until WIFI is installed we do not see ourselves ever staying in our FAVORITE beach house on Bolivar Penisula again. Please.

We were very pleased with this house. We had some challenges with the property rental company but in the end it worked out. Location was perfect and house was very comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous house, very functional kitchen. The decor and color scheme was beautiful and soothing. This was our 1st visit back to Bolivar since Ike. We didn't know where the house would be since everything has changed so much. House is beachfront with a street in front of it and a sand dune. Easy 1 minute walk (if that!) and you are on the sand. I loved that the house pictures and description that Cobb represented on their website was exactly what we got when we walked in the first day. Would definitely rent this house again!

Love the house and location. Once again we had great weather. The only thing i noticed was the front door knob is starting to give out. Had a little trouble getting it unlocked from the inside. Can't wait to return in a few months
