Beautiful spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse with 4th sleeping area in the loft accommodates eight comfortably. Upgraded kitchen, gas fireplace, expanded deck with barbecue, private entry and Beaver Creek ski run views. Located in the Ridgepoint Townhomes set in the lower bench of Beaver Creek Resort, among peaceful rolling foothills and a forest of tall spruce trees.

The master features a luxurious king bed, 40" flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and custom tile and glass shower. The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds, 40" flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom is fitted with two twin XL's and can be converted to a king bed, ceiling fan, 40" flat screen TV and offers alluring views of the golf course from your private step-out deck. The washer and dryer are full-sized, side by side appliances for your use.
Make your way upstairs to find high ceilings catering to the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living area. The newly upgraded kitchen is adorned with cherry wood cabinets and stainless appliances. Inviting you in to cook up your favorite family meals. The dining area offers seating for six plus an additional seating for four at the bar. The living room is dressed with a gorgeous stone fireplace, play pen couch, 40 flat screen TV, Sonos home sound system and Xbox for the kids and kids at heart. The loft sleeps three in twin/double/trundle bunk beds and is located on the 3rd level of the home up the last set of stairs.
