This beautiful and spacious two-bedroom townhouse is in an ideal Frisco location with views of Lake Dillon. This townhome has everything you need for a vacation rental. The setting can't be beat either, as it is located in a quiet Frisco neighborhood, backing up to a beautiful meadow with unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and the Continental Divide. The living room features a large HDTV, gas fireplace, and stunning views. There is a double Murphy bed for additional sleeping. A large private deck is right off the living room, where you can enjoy this amazing setting and BBQ anytime of the year.
The home also features a full-size washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a spacious garage. In the summer, you can enjoy the tennis court, which also features pickleball lines—there is an activity nearby for every season!
