Experience the ultimate luxury ski vacation in this stunning 2-bedroom condo located in The Timbers. With its prime ski-in ski-out location, you can hit the slopes right from your doorstep. Cozy up by the gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa, or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The fully equipped large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 2 people. Serve your family at the large dining table which seats 6 people comfortably. Off of the main living area is a long private patio with seating so you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the fresh mountain air. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle bed, a flat screen TV, and a private patio entrance. The en suite primary bathroom features a large soaking tub, standing shower, and a dual sink vanity to make getting ready in the morning a breeze. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Nestled at the end of an exclusive heated access road, The Timbers and Lone Eagle are the finest condominium residences in Keystone providing unmatched Ski-In Ski-Out access to keystone mountain. Enjoy the extensive amenities that The Timbers has to offer, including a year round heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness room, ski lockers, and outdoor fire pit. Socialize with family, friends or other guests in The Timbers luxurious 'Ritz Carlton' style lounge which features a stone fireplace, game tables, grand piano, wet bar, and big screen TV. Take a leisurely 5 minute walk along the heated brick pathway through the forest, across the bridge over the Snake river, and into the center of River Run village which is full of great pubs, restaurants, shops and coffee houses. There is also a free resort shuttle around the city of Keystone.
The Timbers is bordered on one side by the Snake River, and the other side by the mountain itself - one of only two condos in all of Keystone that can claim this special 'remoteness'. Enjoy the pristine wilderness and pure mountain air while vacationing among the towering pines.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
There is Parking onsite for One vehicle.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking.
