Our home was featured in the 2022 St. George Parade of Homes. Come and experience our 2378 sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. Accommodations also include an outdoor firepit table, gas grill, Private putting green, covered back patio, and a private backyard.
The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Performing Arts Center. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, horseback and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and repelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.
