This property features three tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The second bedroom offers a unique bunk bed arrangement, with a twin bed positioned above a queen bed, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The third bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With their ensuite bathrooms, these bedrooms provide privacy and comfort for every guest.
The living space comprises a dining room equipped with a table that comfortably accommodates six people, as well as a spacious living room. The living room boasts a vaulted ceiling, allowing for an airy and open atmosphere. Ample natural light fills the space, further enhancing its inviting ambiance. Additionally, a gas fireplace and a TV offer cozy entertainment options for residents and guests.
The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including a hot tub and steam room. A short walk front door is the free Keystone shuttle pickup for quick and easy shuttle service to the Mountain House base area with direct access to the Peru Express lift and ski & ride school. The Keystone Shuttles offer a convenient schedule that will pick you up and drop you off almost anywhere in Keystone Resort. Off the back patio is a nature path which is a short walk from Lakeside Village (6 minutes) with restaurants/shops and the adventure center with rentals for ice skating/hockey in the winter and paddleboards/paddle boats in the summer.
Guest also receive free access to the Keystone Lodge and Spa which has a pool, hot tubs, large steam room, spa, and a large fitness center!

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots.
