Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
This South Padre Island beach house is a comfortable, upscale and beautifully decorated with coastal decor. Offering 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, guests will have plenty of room to relax and unwind while visiting South Padre Island, Tx! This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach. Guests will love hanging out in the backyard which features a private heated pool and newly built hot tub! The backyard is a tropical paradise and the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and loved ones.
The living area, kitchen, and dining area are located on the 2nd floor. The dining table fits 6 people comfortably. Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils groups will need to prepare that perfect family meal! The living area features ample couch seating and a flat screen tv. Guests will enjoy the huge balcony just off the living area.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. This room has a comfy king bed and an ensuite master bathroom featuring a new walk-in shower. There is a guest room located on the second floor which has a queen bed. Even in this little corner of paradise, you will not miss your favorite television shows or the big game; the living room and each adult bedroom are equipped with large flat-screen TVs!
The house has 3 additional bedrooms located on the 1st floor. The guest room with a queen bed and the bunk room share a jack and jill bathroom set up with convenient access form each bedroom. Both these rooms are located next to the pool area. The last bedroom is next to the front entrance door and entails a twin bed, couch, tv, and laundry area.
This vacation rental is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Just a short walk to the beach (5 minutes or less) and you will be on the sandy shoreline of South Padre Island. The whole family will love to spend the day playing in the waves, building sandcastles, and soaking up the warm Texas sun! For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
