To redeem your voucher,
just follow these easy steps:
Take a look at our Livingsocial Kirkwood Deal page, or search participating properties* for availability by entering "Promo21" in the keyword field in our blue search bar above along with your desired dates of stay.
*Note: Not all Kirkwood properties are participating in this promotion.
Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar. You can choose our damage insurance or a refundable security deposit, by clicking the small circle next to one of the two (you must select one). The insurance is only $39 for $3,000 in accidental damage coverage, so you can have a hassle-free stay. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card that will expire if everything is fine during your stay. Please review the Rental Agreement and accept it, then click “Book Now."
Please enter your billing information to cover the cleaning fee and tax that is not included with your voucher. Don't worry, you won't be charged the full amount: Our system automatically charges ONLY 10% of the original rental fees as your initial payment to hold your reservation.
We will adjust your reservation after receiving your voucher, and then we will collect any balance to cover tax and cleaning 60 days prior to the arrival date, or,if your arrival is within 60 days, 24 hours after your reservation.
After you've entered in all of your information, please add your Voucher ID into the "Notes" field. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your voucher has been recieved after after we process it.
If you want to book immediately, but haven't received your voucher number yet, you can still complete your booking, entering "Waiting for voucher" in the "Notes" field. You will then have 48 hours after booking to respond to the confirmation e-mail you receive with your voucher number.

When does the promo end?
The Kirkwood Promo ends October 31st, 2012. Your stay must be completed by that date.
Are dogs allowed?
Many, but not all of the properties, allow pets. To search for those that do, make sure to click the "Pets OK" box on the search bar when searching with the "Promo21" keyword.
If you're already looking at a specific property, scroll down to the "Accommodations" box just below the property description, and look for "Pets Allowed?: yes"
Can this be used for the holidays?
The voucher is not valid for Independence Day (7/4-7/8) and Labor Day (8/31-9/3) weekends, which are holiday periods.
The rest of the summer is wide open to you!
How do I pick my dates for the deal?
Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page (any of the participating properties) and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar.
What are the cleaning fees?
Cleaning fees are an out-of-pocket expense to the owner used to professionally clean the home before and after every stay. If is a one-time fee that is the same regardless of how long you stay.
Cleaning fees start at $65 and increase with the size of the property.
Can I use this voucher for other properties?
Vouchers are only valid for participating properties.
Wait, what?! Do I get charged the regular price for booking?
Don't worry, we only charge 10% to hold your reservation. We will adjust your totals when we receive your voucher number.
What if I want to cancel my voucher?
The standard RedAwning cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Please be sure about your dates before making your reservation.
What isn't included in the voucher?
The Cleaning Fee and Taxes are not included in your voucher purchase, and will be added in final billing. The tax rate is 10% of your voucher (and any additional rental fees, if you decide to extend your stay) plus the cleaning fee.
Your Hassle Free Insurance or Security Deposit option are also not included:
You have the option to purchase Damage Insurance for $39 to cover up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay,
or you can choose a refundable security deposit as noted at checkout.
What is the total cost with my voucher?
Remember, you already paid for the voucher, so we don't charge that here.
