To make your reservation process quick and easy, here are 3 STEPS to redeem your voucher:
STEP 1
Select the cottage of your choice on RedAwning.com at http://www.redawning.com/content/elim-grove-cottages-cazadero. Click the Check Availability button on the property page for any unit to see its current openings. Or click here for direct access to the calendar of your choice: Creekside - Gravenstein - Elim - Baker's Loft
- Note: There are also upgrade options listed below for additional guests or nights, as well as an option to upgrade to our 2 bedroom Paradise Grove Cottage with a full kitchen, which sleeps 4-6 (see Options below).
STEP 2
Reserve your dates by selecting your nights of stay on the calendar, accepting the agreement, and clicking “Book Now."
Note that our online reservation process will automatically collect a 10% deposit to hold your reservation. The charges listed are for a normal reservation on RedAwning.com, but we will only charge you the 9% Sonoma tax that applies to your voucher amount and we will refund you the difference!
You also have the option to purchase Renter's Insurance for an additional $39 to cover any damage during your stay if you desire. If you don't want Renter's Insurance, click on “Security Deposit” instead – you won't be charged a deposit, but keep in mind you will be responsible for any damage during your stay.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email once you make your reservation online.
Please note the Elim Grove LivingSocial Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations are non-refundable and you cannot switch dates 30 days before arrival.
- Between 60 and 30 days before arrival, there is an $85 re-booking or cancellation fee.
- Your reservation can be rescheduled free of charge 60 days or more before arrival.
STEP 3
Reply to your confirmation email with your voucher #, and any other special requests. We will then apply your voucher to your reservation and refund the difference between your 10% deposit and the applicable taxes on your voucher.

UPGRADE OPTIONS AVAILABLE
We have a number of upgrade options available for your stay as follows:
1. EXTRA GUESTS: If you would like to add guests over age 4 to your stay, you can add them for an additional $15/person/day, including the free breakfast and dinner(weekly stays). Just list all guests when reserving your unit. Note, children 4 and under are free. Creekside Cottage can sleep up to 4, while Elim Grove Cottage can sleep up to 3. We also can offer a temporary twin mattress or crib if needed.
2. EXTRA NIGHTS: If you would like to stay extra nights, beyond your voucher period, we are offering them for a discounted cost of $99/night including breakfast. Just reserve the number of nights you would like and we will make the adjustment.
3. UPGRADE TO PARADISE GROVE: Use your voucher to upgrade to Paradise Grove Cottage which has a full kitchen and can sleep up to 6 people including a Queen bed, a Double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed. The additional cost for this upgrade would be $60/night plus a $50 cleaning fee, and we would include the free breakfast and dinner(weekly stays) for all of your guests.
