RULES:

• You do not need to book a property to win! The winner will be randomly selected from all entries in our booking logs and Facebook.
• A booking for selected Lake Tahoe properties earns ten entries in the Free 3-Night Stay sweepstakes. All bookings and stays must be made by December 19, 2015 on the Redawning site at www.redawning.com Search Lake Tahoe, CA or Lake Tahoe, NV for participating properties, or CLICK THIS LINK.  Don't forget to type in the code SWEEPS15 in the NOTES section when completing your booking to let us know that you are participating!
• Posting your favorite RedAwning rental on RedAwning’s Facebook page earns one entry in the Free 3-Night Stay sweepstakes. All posts must be completed by December 19, 2015. You may post up to ten favorite properties on Facebook with the hashtag #Sweeps15 .
• The potential winner of this Sweepstakes will be announced in the last weeks of 2015. The winner will receive Free 3-Night lodging in a Lake Tahoe vacation rental for up to 12 persons supplied by one of RedAwning’s finest property partners (value $2000). The winner will be notified on or around the last week of 2015. The winner will need to be verified before the prize can be awarded.*
• The Free 3-Night Stay is offered for any dates between January 2016 and December 31, 2016. (Limited dates include Jan 16-18 (Martin Luther King), Feb 13-15 (Presidents Weekend), July 1-4 Weekend, Sept 3-6 (Labor Day Weekend), Nov 23-26 (Thanksgiving) and Dec 23-January 1 (Christmas thru New Year).
• The vacation property will be assigned to winner no sooner than 3 days (72 hours) before their preferred dates of travel. The property is assigned based on travel-dates, availability, location desired, and group size.
• The Free 3-Night Stay cannot be combined with other offers and other stays.
• The Free 3-Night Stay cannot be included in any other existing booking.
