Thank you for purchasing a RedAwning.com stay in Sonoma through LivingSocial!

To redeem your voucher, just follow these easy steps:
Step 1 - Select a Property:

Take a look at our Living Social September Sonoma page, or search participating properties* for availability, by entering "LS September Sonoma" with quotations in the keyword field in our blue search bar above along with your desired dates of stay.

*Note:  Not all Sonoma County properties are participating in this promotion.

Step 2 - Choose Your Travel Dates*:

Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar. You can choose our damage insurance, or a refundable security deposit, by clicking the small circle next to one of the two (you must select one). The insurance is only up to $39 for $3,000 in accidental damage coverage. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card that will expire if everything is fine during your stay. Please read the Rental Agreement. Click the box to accept the agreement, and click “Book Now."

*Note:  The voucher is for a 3 night stay. We'll also honor the same discounted rental rate per night for added nights.

Step 3 - Complete Your Reservation Online with Your Credit Card:

Please enter your billing information to cover the cleaning fee and tax that is not included with your LivingSocial voucher.  Our system automatically charges a 10% deposit on the standard reservation cost to hold your reservation.  We will adjust your reservation after receiving your voucher, and then we will collect the balance to cover tax and cleaning 60 days prior to the arrival date, or 24 hours after your reservation if your arrival is within 60 days. Please read the Rental Agreement for more billing information.  

Step 4 - Email Us Your Voucher Code:

Once the reservation deposit is collected you will be sent an e-mail confirming your reservation. Reply to your confirmation email with your LivingSocial voucher number and we will adjust your pricing. If you have any questions, there's no need to worry! You can always contact us by:

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed at Paradise Grove and Poppy Cottage only.

Can this be used for the holidays?

The voucher is not valid for national holidays and their weekends:
Blackout Dates: Nov 23-27, 2011; Dec 23-25, 2011; Dec 30, 2011 - Jan 1, 2012; Jan 14-16, 2012; Feb 18-20, 2012.

How do I pick my dates for the deal?

Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page (any of the participating properties) and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar.

What's are the cleaning fees?

Our cleaning fees reflect the amount of work needed to fully prepare the property for the next renter.  Note that for vacation rentals, a housecleaner needs to travel to the location, clean all rooms, bathrooms and kitchen, and launder all sheets and towels.  

Can I use this voucher for other properties?

Vouchers are only valid for participating properties.

Wait, what?! Do I get charged the regular price for booking?

Don't worry, we only charge a 10% deposit to hold your reservation and we will adjust your totals when we receive your voucher number.

What if I want to cancel my LivingSocial voucher?

The standard RedAwning cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Please be sure about your dates before making your reservation.

What isn't included in the voucher?

Taxes (9%) & cleaning fees are not included in your voucher purchase and will be added in final billing.
Your Hassle Free Insurance or Security Deposit option are also NOT included:

You have the option to purchase Damage Insurance for $39 to cover up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay,
or you can choose a refundable security deposit as noted at checkout.
