Take a look at our LivingSocial Monte Rio properties page, or search participating properties* for availability, by entering "LS MonteRio" in the keyword field in our blue search bar above along with your desired dates of stay.

Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar. You can choose our damage insurance, or a refundable security deposit, by clicking the small circle next to one of the two (you must select one). The insurance is only up to $39 for $3,000 in accidental damage coverage. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card that will expire if everything is fine during your stay. Please read the Rental Agreement. Click the box to accept the agreement, and click “Book Now."
Please enter your billing information to cover the cleaning fee and tax that is not included with your LivingSocial voucher. Don't worry, the system will only charge 10% to hold your stay dates and we will adjust your totals when we receive your voucher number. We will collect the balance of your rental 60 days prior to the arrival date, or 24 hours after your reservation if your arrival is within 60 days. If you add more than 2 people to your "Party Size", then you will see the aditional cost ($25/person) after voucher redemption. Please read the Rental Argreement for more billing information.
Once the deposit is collected you will be sent an e-mail confirming your reservation. Please confirm the reservation dates, property, and insurance information. Reply to your confirmation email with your LivingSocial voucher number and corrections (if any) and we will adjust your pricing. If you have any questions, there's no need to worry! Important Notes:
- Vouchers are only valid for participating properties.
- You may extend your stay for only $99 per additional night at the Monte Rio Cottages, and $199 per additonal night at Rio Casa Del Sol (plus any applicable added guest fees). So, why not stay a week?

Our online reservation process will collect a 10% deposit on normal rates to hold your reservation. Once we receive your voucher, we will adjust your billing.
- Taxes & cleaning fees are not included in your voucher purchase and will be added in final billing.
- This promotion is not valid for holiday stays at Rio Casa Del Sol.
- You have the option to purchase Damage Insurance for $39 to cover up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay, or you can choose a refundable security deposit as noted at checkout.
- The standard RedAwning cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Please be sure about your dates before making your reservation.
